The tools on this site run inside your browser. The size you type into a converter is looked up on your own device against a chart that ships with the page, and is never uploaded to us. There is no account system, no login and no database of user submissions, because there is no server-side component that could receive them. Nothing here accepts a file.
Ordinary web server logs may record the page you requested, your IP address, the time of the request and your browser's user agent string, in the same way any website does. These logs exist to keep the site running and to spot abuse.
This site is free and is funded by advertising. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
Users may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, users may opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
Advertising does not change how the tools work. What you look up is not shared with an advertiser, because it never leaves your browser in the first place.
Advertising and analytics cookies are switched off until you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time. Declining leaves every tool on this site fully working.
